1. Do you have free local pickup? Yes, we do! Pick up on enclosed front porch of 8484 Wicklow Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45236 between hours of 9am-8pm.
2. Do you have free returns? Yes, we do have free returns within 30 days of purchase with product unharmed in any way & in original packaging.
3. Do you sell in person at shows? Yes, on occasions. Check out my FaceBook page for updated show lists. https://www.facebook.com/page.woodseygifts/
4. Do you make all the products yourself? Yes, I do with the help of my Glowforge & mother.
5. How long does it take for a custom order to be ready? Typically between 1-3 days of order placement. It depends on the intricate order details & it's I'd rather not rush your one of a kind order!
6. Do you ship outside the USA? Unfortunately, not yet. We're too small yet to travel too far.
